When you’re getting ready for class in the morning, you’re probably thinking “I want to be comfortable and look cute” and you can do that. We all know that leggings are incredibly comfortable and can be worn with basically anything. So to start, pick out your favorite pair of leggings (because let’s be real, we all have a favorite pair). Next, depending on the weather, you can either go with a t-shirt or a sweater. If it’s warm out, you can simply wear a v-neck or scoop neck t-shirt with a pair of boots. On the other hand, if it’s a little cooler out you can wear a cami with a cardigan over it with a pair of boots. Either way, the outfit will be comfortable and cute. Also, if you don’t want to wear legging, you can always go with jeggings; still comfortable yet cute! To make your outfit look a little more dressed up, I would suggest either wearing your hair down or you can curl your hair and put it in a loose ponytail; either way will look nice. Find whatever you find most comfortable and feel most confident in. Always remember confidence is a very important part of your outfit everyday.
You’re back at college, which means it’s not only back to school but it’s also back to all the college parties that you have looked forward to all summer. To start, always wear something you feel comfortable and confident in. You don’t want to have to pull down your dress or skirt every five minutes all night; that’s a good way to ruin a fun night. If you’re going to a regular party, you can really wear whatever you want. If you’re comfortable in a dress and heels then you go ahead and rock it. On the other hand, if you comfortable in jeans, and a cute, flirty top then that’s the way to go for you. Everyone is different and looks better it certain styles. From personal experience, I like to wear either leggings or jeans with a pretty top. Dancing at parties is a ton of fun…unless your dress is riding up and you have to hold it down. On the contrary, if you’re going to a themed party, clearly you’ll want to actually follow the theme. For example, a highlighter/neon party would call for a bright, neon top and really any bottoms you prefer. You could also be going to a “Mathletes vs. Athletes” party, in which case you could dress like one of the two. You can go the athlete direction by wearing a sports jersey or workout clothing, or dress as a mathlete and wear a button up top with suspenders. College parties can be a blast, but be careful! Let your friends where you’re going and never take drinks from someone you don’t know. Oh, and HAVE FUN!
It’s September, which means school is back in session, the weather is changing and it’s time for a new wardrobe! This fall, it seems to be that, boots, leggings (solid or printed), and cardigan sweaters are in. The kimono cardigan type sweaters seem to be a big hit. Also, jogger pants with a crop top is very common outfit this fall. Of course, oversized sweaters are always in when the weather gets cooler. Not only are sweaters in, but flannels are making a big comeback as well. I, personally, am a huge fan of flannels, a tank top underneath, leggings and a pair of knee high boots. Even wearing a t-shirt and the flannel tied around your waist is a cute look. If you’re not into flannels, you can always make a cute outfit with a tank top, cardigan and a scarf. This fall is a great time to make a statement with a new, fashionable look that’s all you. Enjoy the change of weather, and good luck with school!
